Photo circa 1960.  Dennis was going to Kirkham Valley School - a one room school house that then had 12 grades.  The consolidation combined two one room schools that had 8 grades into two one room schools that had 4 grades - one would have grades 1 to 4 and the other would have grades 5 to 8
